About Syrinx

Syrinx has been immersed in the entertainment world since 1996, performing with various bands, theater groups, film productions, conventions, trivia nights, and haunted attractions. While his journey has been diverse, his DJ career has taken center stage. Starting in the Cleveland Flats in 1998, he honed his mixing skills and later joined Nyte’s Realm Radio (NRR Radio) in 2009, a station based in Cleveland, OH. It was here that his mixshow debuted as The Sunday Night Special. During his time at NRR, he also hosted The Geeks Come Out At Night and co-hosted The Sunday Nyte Show with other station members.

In 2010, Syrinx brought his mixshow to Sobel Nation Radio, a station based in New York, and rebranded it as The Time Warp. While working with Sobel Nation, he also hosted a playlist show on their sister station, WildCat FM, which featured a different side of his record collection. After stepping away from broadcasting in 2015 to focus on other projects, he returned in 2021 as part of OutWorld Fleet Radio, based in Ohio, where he now serves as Head of Station Partnership Content and Development.

In addition to his broadcasting career, Syrinx is a remixer for a collective of independent artists, continuing to shape his legacy in sound and creativity.
